I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was welcoming, and the facilities were well presented and clean. The free Wi-Fi and parking were very useful, and the location was perfect, with a lovely park nearby and a bus stop just outside.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Got a good deal on the hotel via an online platform. The hotel was easy to reach by public transportation. The room was spacious with good amenities.
The hotel is located in a quiet area, which meant there weren't many restaurants or shops nearby, and we had to walk a bit to find something to eat. The staff wasn't very helpful with recommending places to go.

Good service and a wonderful breakfast, placed conveniently close to the city centre but in a quiet suburb for a peaceful break. An all round splendid hotel, where I would not hesitate to stay on any future visits or recommend to friends or colleagues.
The new wi-fi system had a few teething problems, but didnt cause any major problems.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Bremen and had a very pleasant experience. the hotel had an excellent location, being directly in the city centre. It made exploring the city so convenient and saved me a lot of time on transportation. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was top-notch. They were incredibly helpful and pleasant, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were well-furnished and had open views to the west. It was a nice touch to have such beautiful scenery to wake up to every morning. The hotel also included a delicious breakfast, which was a great way to start my day.
In terms of improvement, I believe the hotel could work on providing more basic amenities in the rooms.

At five o'clock in the morning we arrived, but it did not have to wait until two o'clock in the afternoon, the rooms were ready, and so we could go to sleep. We was tired,13 hours after the car was nice to sleep out. Thank you Balladins :) + Hearty breakfast was quite expensive (14 euros), but it was worth the price, +comfortable beds, +modern rooms with free Wi-Fi and spacious desks, +cleanliness, +soft carpets in the corridors and rooms. + Free parking spaces are located directly at the hotel, +friendly, English-speaking staff When I come back here, I'm going to sleep here again.
Not really. The hotel is quite far away from the city center, this is shown on the map. Not surprising, but a fact. Bremen, where I'll be back, I'll sleep in this hotel.

It's a bit of a trek to the city centre, but public transport is close to this hotel in a quiet residential area. the reception staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. the bed was comfortable and the shower worked well. Breakfast options were okay and at a reasonable price. the room was quite spacious, and we had a nice view.

The staff was polite and helpful. Also it has a good connection to the city centre, as the bus stop is just opposite the hotel. The room was quite big, so was the bathroom.
No ac - how could this happen at a 4-star hotel? It was really hot and hard to breathe in the room even at night. No fridge in the room. Actually, there was one (in the mini-bar), but it did not work at all! Furniture was quite old.
